Yoga brings everyone in for different reasons but sends them all out the same way: calm, strong and centered. Together we will create your custom-made yoga practice that will transform your body and mind.

Individual Sessions

When you schedule an appointment, we will discuss your goals and desires. This conversation will help me to create your custom-made yoga practice which consists of poses, breathing exercises, meditation techniques, and key pressure points.

Your Custom-made Yoga Practice Will:

* Improve flexibility, strength and muscle tone
* Improve digestion and manage cravings and stress
* Balance you at your ideal weight
* Create more energy and stamina
* Heal chronic and new injuries
* Regulate your mood, hormone and sleep cycles

Our Sessions*

All private appointments can be scheduled in Park Slope, Brooklyn or in midtown Manhattan by appointment.  I supply all props including mats, blankets, blocks and straps. For those who enjoy a bit of atmosphere to help take them away from the chores of daily life I provide incense, candles, aromatherapy and music to increase relaxation. Sessions will last anywhere between 45 to 90 minutes depending upon your goals.

Practice Spaces

Fully equipped studios for private and semi-private (2-3 practitioners) sessions at Park Slope Location:
